This position routinely operates automated- and semi–automated machines to pack parts according to specifications and Kanban card requirements. The Packing Operator also may hand pack at times as product needs demand. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Packing Operator must be a team player and committed to delivering the best quality to our customers!  Responsibilities ·        Sets up machine, observes operation, and ensures product is packed according to specifications.·        Adjusts specified tooling and sets packing speeds and feed rates.·        Performs preventative maintenance inspections as required.·        Observes all safety rules.·        Assists other Packing Operators with machine set up, and stacking, marking, packing, and transporting packed product.·        Maintains a neat and well-organized work area.·        Other duties as directed by Shift Supervisor or Group Leader. | ||||
